Shirley Oickle
My company name embodies exactly what I want, and endeavour to achieve, for my clients – space to thrive in their lives. I help clients in a pragmatic way to organize and simplify their lives.
Merging my passion as a Registered Social Worker in private practice with that as a Trained Professional Organizer enables me to help people who are experiencing major life transitions and changes and who are negatively impacted by disorganization and clutter.
I work closely with each client on-site in their homes and workplaces to develop appropriate and lasting solutions that really work for them. Counselling and consulting is also available off-site. Our work together can:
- help bring order to lives and environments that are chaotic and enables the creation of organized spaces and systems that are functional, efficient and effective.
- greatly reduce the feelings that are often felt when experiencing a life transition or change and when living with disorganization and clutter – feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, stressed out and feeling that their situation may be ‘hopeless’.
- help you create a life that is more in line with what you prefer and value and one you can be excited about living.
My interest in helping others, and my track record of embracing change and practicing life-long learning throughout my own life, has led me to work with people—like you—who are ready to make a change in their life.
I am a member of the following associations:
- Nova Scotia Association of Social Workers (NSASW)
- Professional Organizers in Canada (POC)
- South Shore Women in Business
- Bridgewater and Area Chamber of Commerce
- River Talkers Toastmasters Club
